Free Communicating with Customers Course

Take yourself or your business to the next level by enhancing your communication skills.

For both individuals and businesses it is essential that you communicate effectively and efficiently with family, colleagues and with your customers. Learn to improve your writing, listening and speaking skills which are essential to building and maintaining first class personal and customer relationships. You will learn how to use ipads and computers effectively and creatively to communicate with customers.

A Free Communicating with Customers course will run for individuals and businesses that will help you to learn new communication skills or allow you to improve and refresh your existing skills.  

A free course will commence at Croeserw Community Enterprise Centre on Wednesday 5th February 2014 at 9.30am – 1.30pm for 5 weeks.  It will enable you to develop the techniques, understanding and skills that underpin Communication.

Learners will work towards a City & Guilds ESW (Essential Skills Wales) accredited qualification up to Level 2. You will undertake a skills check to decide the level you will be working towards during the course. Tutors from NPTC Group will be delivering this learning provision.

To access this free training learners will have to be aged 16 years +, be employed or self-employed on a full-time or part-time basis even if it is for a half an hour a week.

The training is funded by the South West Wales Regional Learning Partnership’s ‘Regional Essential Skills for the Workforce Project’ by the Neath Port Talbot Adult Learning Network. The project is part funded by the convergence European Social Fund Programme for West Wales & the Valleys 2007-2013 through the Welsh Government.

Working in partnership with the Afan Valley Communities First Team, they have kindly funded the room hire for the 5 week course.
